Default Big BLock Chevy water pressure?

cruising at 3k rpm what should water pressure be with a stock Mercruiser sea pump, w/pump crossover no stat and Gil dry pipes

the pressure should be arond 10 to 15 psi with a cross over and no stat. if pressure is to low check the pump and the water inlet ( drive ? or transom pick up) if pressure is to high check for a restriction in the engine or the exhaust

What type of water pressure should you be getting with a transom mount pick up standard Mercury sea pump and wet Gil exhaust?

In Your Case What Kind Of T Stat Housing Due You Have And Due You Have A Stat In .

Not sure on the t stat housing and thermo. What ever would be stock for a HP 500. I never had that apart.

aproximatley 25psi at wot if every thing is right .the hp 500 housing has releif valves going to the gil exhaust risers. that hold the pressure to around 25psi.
