I had some kid's on my boat that had put magic marker tattoo's on each other. Needless to say a little sweat and I had tattoo's on my seats. I was fit to be tied. I tried most of the the stuff in the first post and quit. I thought replacement. The boat then sat outside a few seperate days while I was working on it and what was left just seemed to fade away. jpclear-- How do you know so much about nail polish?? Lots of fun out on the lake today. Not yesterday--short ride with 4-5 footers and occaisonal 7-8 foot hole. Can you spell u-turn? Lou

Along time ago We use to use hair spray to change the birth dates and ssi # on Driver licenses. it might dissolve the ink? We use Aqua Net in the patato gun and as a flame thrower.The Starter fluid split the gun

Try Waxing Frenzy! or our Shark Tower! We've been very successful in removing stains from vinyl using either. Hopefully, all of the other "stuff" you've tried hasn't set it permanently.

The absolute best cleaning item for interiors are the new Mr Clean Cleaning Erasers. They come 2 in a pack and are white. They took out stains in my interior that have been there for years that nothing else would remove.
They are amazing, everyone in our boat club is using them.

Diaper wipes. Not harsh like all the other crap you tried and it will remove the ink. Used to get ink from a Bic pen off the leather in our truck. Took it all off, no stains.
Be careful what you try, some things will "set" the stain and you'll never get it out.

Just take a little 80 grit and rub in circlular motions for three hours. If that doesn't work try a sand blaster. Those may work but if not try a 15,000 rpm die grinder with a wire brush attachment. In the event that either don't get the stain out of your hatch cover, try to burn it off with a little gasoline. Finally, my last suggestion would be to cut it out with a razor blade and put some masking tape over the hole.
