Default Selecting a trailer?

I've been searching the Internet for a used trailer that will fit my boat (25', 7' beam, very deep "V", appx. weight 4500lbs.). What to look for? Most pics show the bunks way too low for the deep "V". It appears the boat would tip to one side if resting on the trailer. Can the bunks be adjusted or is there a special-type trailer made specially for deep "V"'s?

Thanks in advance,
