Anyone know what the material that is used for the rubber coating of the internal exhaust flappers? Thanks.

Default Re: rubber treated exhaust flapper

Maybe Rubber? Just Kidding. I had the same type of flappers in the tips of my exhust. I had the material start to go bad, so I was able to go where they were made and purchase replacement flappers with the rubber material. They were around $40-$50 each. Check out the stainlessmarine site.
