I'm with Gary and US1 Fountain on this one. If you're pushing out a lot of lube, you've got a problem. It makes sense that it's worst when you run it hard for a period of time. All you have to do is watch your boost guage to see that you get maximum boost only when you're really cranking. I'd be willing to bet that blowby past the internal seal is the biggest contributor to this problem. Puke cans,etc are just Band Aides in my opinion. My 800SC's have B&M blowers with the vented top plugs and have never even misted the under side of my engine hatch. Just my .02

Wow, thanks for all of the opinions guys. I had no idea about the vented plug. I am almost certain that mine has a solid plug but I will have to check that out.
I am going to first try to suck the old oil out and replace it and see if it seals. Should I be using 80 wt. synthetic gear lube in it?
