Re: P.S.I. Blowers
Do ya have the run the MSD crab capon the bigger blowers?
I guess the blower overhangs it with the innercooler. My 8 71 had plenty of room .I like the looks of the larger PSI blower they are using on small blocks looks funny but cool

I ran a 10-71 on a low deck with a merc 1000 manifold and the only distributor besides a crab style with a trigger was a low profile billet msd.I had to mill the back of the blower to clear the posts of the cap.It worked to my favor because you had a window of timing between 28 to 40 degrees of timing before interfering with hitting the back of the blower with the cap.

Re: P.S.I. Blowers
The PSI is a true screw type supercharger. They use an out of patent rotor design thats about 40+ years old. Blower works really well in the right application. The marine version is far different than the current race supercharger. If your not going to run really high boost levels, you could have a lot of problems. The massive rotors have a lot of clearance vs. smaller screws which allows more leakage. Also it has very bad distribution on standard style heads and manifolds, big chief heads will not have this problem. The quad will make more power and more user friendly, especially at idle and part throttle. There better than any roots.
