Jim, if your still out there I ran into a new option today that I wasn't aware of. Brodix-3x cnc. Looks like really good #'s.
I'm really confused and I need to order some heads this week. Most people seem to like the AFR then Dart followed by Brodix2x with approx 25hp loss between each set. This really worries me because I was leaning toward the brodies but don't want to leave any hp on the table.
I haven't talked to any one who has used the -3 C-N-C. Do you have any thoughts on this. Dustin seems more concerned with exhaust flow numbers than intake.

The BB2 xtra CNC exhaust will flow 286 plus at .700, with a little work you can get over 300.

Looking on the brodix site they claim 395/280 for the -2cnc and 416/290 for the -3cnc. I don't much about heads, Just comparing the #'s. Also talked to brodix Friday and they seemed very excited about the new 3x cnc and recommended it.Probably can't go wrong either way I would just like to get the best bang for the buck.

Probably should have noted that these #'s were also @ .700 lift.

That's impressive, what size runners, and chambers do you end up with ? I may have to give them a try.

598ci 4.6 bore 4.5 stroke, solid roller, changing to carb quadrotor. I had brodix 2x heads but will replace with some type of cnc head, leaning toward 3x brodix.

JimV,

Thanks for all your posts, this has been one of my favorite threads.

Question, it looks like to me from all the research I've done and comparing all your posts, the best head, bang for the buck, is the Dart Iron Eagle. The AFR looks to be the best, but for $950 a pair, bare, its hard to beat the Iron Eagle on a 502 or 540 upgrade. I know you have not played favorites but am I missing something??

Thanks Linnie

I don't know about the quadrotor, but I do know that combo would make almost 1400 hp with a procharger @ 15 lb of boost. pump gas and nos booster. Good Luck
