7500, Crower crank, crower billet rods, wiseco pistons. I usually wait till the end of the season just in case something breaks. The engine has been fine , the outdrive is another subject. I just do it for fun see if it will stay together.

No way I could turn that many rpm's.So far only about 6200 on the limiters with about 10% slip 33's and 1:35's. I may try turn some new prop's 6500 but probably won't be able to get there. What boat are you running this in?

26 cat, I think the procharger has something to do with it.

I was not Bashing the Brodix heads. I haven't flowed them or seen them other than PRI show. I'm sure their a good head. I guess the point I was trying to make is to make sure the airflow numbers match to the manufactors advertised numbers, which I found out the AFR's do not. Which post's got banged?

I have a sheet on a 383cc CNC Oval port. PN 16800000; 102cc chambers. The numbers are good at the high lift, but it was tested on a 4.500" bore. Put it on a real motor with 4.605" bore and a 4.875" stroke and it might just work?? What do you think Jim?

Dick

Dick here are the numbers Dart gave me at PRI

Intake.................Exhaust

.2.......162............136
.3.......236............177
.4.......314............216
.5.......376............254
.6.......420............289
.7.......444............316
.8.......450............330

The left intake port flowes less @ .700 and .800 lift

I didn't think you were bashing, your way to sharp for that. Its just that I know very little about this, Just enough to be dangerous. It is turning into a pretty big project for me financially speaking and I would like to make as much of it as possible. I think I'm probably over thinking it. I have to order some heads this week, Which one would you goe with.

Again the combination wil be either 598's or 572's, quad rotor's intercooled and conventional headed running carbs on either 93 or 100ll just for insurance

Dart pro1's, brodix 2x or 3x all cnc versions. Thanks for all the help, I would also be interested in prices if you have time, I want to reuse as much of my old hardware as possible.
