what i was going to do is this.....

get some sheet metal and cut it up to the size i want. Theres a guy right behind were i work at here in Glenview that could bend the edges for me to form the lip around the top for the screws to go into so it would look nice. Then just take it to any local welder and get it welded together and then powder coated.....all said and done it would probably cost ya about $100 for the welding, bending and powedercoating depending on if you have the sheetmetal or not....
