Default Doing Springs, Lifters too?

After 250 hours its time to do springs, going with Isky this time around. Should I also replace the roller lifters while I'm at it? They also have 250 hours on them. I'm also going to do the rockers since they have about 500 hours on them.
Motors are 509cu in, about 600 hp naturally aspirated.

I would change the lifters too! They may go 500 HRS, and maybe not!
