If I remember correctly Pete Smith was the original owner. There were alot of those mirages back then, Wolverine, Li'l Smigen, Li'l Rhino, LaSalle, lil Abner, Belmont steaks.

7 Mile & Gratiot area not the best of neighborhoods in the D. We think it happened During New Years Celebrations.

Lee - You are correct. We took it over to Wolverine Bronze, to show the Smith boy's. Paul (Pete's son) is a good friend of ours. We still see the Li'l Abner going in and out of Metro.

You going to the party Saturday? The boat will be there.

I remember "Wolverine" and "Lil Rhino" racing in Lake St Clair, in the late 70's.

Maybe it was Silver Streak that had Fords in it. I'll be at Bob's on Saturday, looking forward to seeing it.
