Drivers Pack-Dania

When reviewing the Sarasota Drivers Pack and now the Dania Beach drivers pack several pages (not all) appear as though there are unreadable type overs. See capture below from Dania Beach pack.

Is this unique to my puter or is it a general problem? Do I need to contact Adobe with PDF problems??
