Dave Scotts Budweiser Mti SuperCAT Not racing next year?
A couple of people have told me that the boat is for sale, and
that he may not race next year..As an offshore fan of the big boats that news is very disaapointing.Dave Scott has been
a stong icon of offshore racing for many years. Its so fun
to see all the big names go at it. I was so happy to see Johnny T banging heads with Billy Maff, Jim Dyke , and Steve Curtis. I know alot of us HARDCORE OFFSHORE fans want to see them race..It wouldnt be the same without them..Maybe
all of us FANS voice our feelings for Dave Scott and Johnny T
to come out and whoop some butt next year....MAYBE JUST
MAYBE we can all make a difference. Heck my buddy told
me their lap times at most of the races were the highest of any of racers...WE NEED THESE GUYS TO RACE< WE NEED THE BEST...

We plan on racing in 2006 but not in the Supercat class. Need to focus on some new Extreme class boats next year then may take another look at Supercat for 2007.

Dave,
Glad to see you will be out there for 2006 and on....
There's no better team then Dave's to show potential sponors on who is on the Offshore Racing circuit and were there sponsors are investing there advertising dollors....
The more big name sponsors that we can get involved in Offshore Racing will benifit both the sport and the teams....

Your right ...the big sponsors will come ....but Dave is a big player in developing Offshore racing..Its so sad he wont race...
Definitely a HUGE BLOW TO OFFSHORE RACING...the heavy competition is in the SUPERCAT CLASS...and its sad to see
him not race..with all the new boats coming out next year it should awesome.....I like many others LOVE to watch
Dave Scott and the BUDWEISER Boat...maybe we can sway MR Scott...buy him some BUD SELECT???
