Dave,
Trust me the food in Hong Kong is very good. no need to bring your own. I am in Hong Kong right now. Anyone who makes this trip will have a great time. Been here dozens of times. Take time to explore local culture, and the locals will go out of thier way to show it to you. Great place to go. spend some extra time here, and take a trip to Mainland China, Shanghai, or Bejing. Thinking about making the trip myself for the event.
