I went to one race and that was it as far as spectating for me. I would buy a seat (throttle) before I went out and spent a wad of money. I actually know of a OPA Class 5 boat that will be available soon.

Work my ass off ! Spent the first 20 years of my career picking up garbage so I made a few cents. Got divorced got a chick that don't break my balls ( most of the time ) Took a call from a friend who is the only person I know as sick as me and would not accept failure. In my wildest dreams I did not expect to have the success we have had but even better I have met a whole lot of really cool people that I now consider friends.

ps friends off the course that is.

Tom,
Buy a few raffle tickets for the Bat Boat Contest, if you win, you could consider it an good omen! And you get a taste, once your hooked there are many options to go racing. Still not sure? lease one of Chris' boats, its by far the best way to race. Louie
