I saw a bumper sticker in Orange Beach that reminds me of this sort of thing.
"IF I COULD GET MY HEAD THAT FAR UP MY A** MAYBE I COULD SEE IT YOUR WAY"

I personally would like to see more racing , hopefully they will come to Cleveland. I cant see anything wrong with more racing events.

What is your problem Joker you have a Bayliner or something?

Mike, what is the real reason why this group of indivuduals has left and are forming there own racing organization. It seems to me that several years ago that a group of individuals also got tired of the crap and formed the LLC like yourself as well as Nigel Hook,Mark Nemshoff, and so on,what is the deal.I am also curious why Mercury left APBA and is going to go with a different group of individuals, that was a major blow to APBA.Also why do so many people have a beef with APBA,like not getting there race winnings and trophys like the Audacity racing team, and for that matter why did we have to pay shipping to get our trophy sent to us when in reality it should have been ready when we were to get it after the race in Key West. Also why should the teams that race with Mercury power be penalized just because you signed an agreement with someone else when in fact all of the motors that are running meet all of the specs of there respected class and these teams have a very good relationship with Mercury even though for some reason you dont,as well as guys like Jay Muller who uses a different builder,I just dont get it.These guys as well as myself have supported this sport for years and for whatever reason we just cant get on the same page.I dont think it has anything to do with EGOS but alot has to do with a schedule set in stone,a set of rules that do not change and specs that do not change now matter who is the one building the parts such as engines and drives and boats.I hope that this all works out for the best or I guess alot of us will just spend alot of money and time doing things other than boat racing

Question Another OPT?

This has been done in the past:
In 1989, when a group of racers led by Don Johnson and Al Copeland broke away from the APBA and started the Offshore Professional Tour (OPT). We that have been following this sport since we were youngsters remember, Only time will tell.
