WTF! the guy left the scene of a fatal accident and likely did not summons help to the scene. There BETTER be charges.

Ata minimum heshould be charged with leaving the scene of an accident. I imagine they are waiting until they know the whole story and can levy all the charges at once.
I have a client in North Carolina who is good friends with the victim's family and the victim as well. Very sad situation. I told him about this board and he looks from time to time to see if there are any updates. Keep posting as you get them cause the ones who count are looking. Thanks.
