Top notch rigger in Tulsa/Grand Lake?
I am picking up a 24' Superboat Step bottom, and I would like to put one of the aluminum swim platforms on it. Is there anyone around here that is trustworthy enough to do that?

Wait till november to do the swim platform. Everone is busy and you don't want the headaches right now. Superboat make a nice strong boat. I can't wait to see it.

Apache, you're right about that. I will probably wait until after the season. Besides, after buying the boat, I'm not gonna want to lay out the $2K for the platform right away.
I still have to pick it up. We are trying to work out a time to meet. The boat is in New York, and we are going to try to meet in Southwes Ohio.
Thanks for the info eyez!

Have you seen the boat in person. If not I have a good friend in Long Island that used to sell boats here on Grand.

I have only seen pictures, but I did have a comprehensive survey done on it. It checks out very well. We are probably going to meet on the 11th or the 18th to finish the deal. I've given my deposit, my financing is set. This whole waiting think really sucks though!!
Thanks for the offer, but this boat is in Lake George. It's about 5 - 6 hours away from Long Island. I had a heck of a time trying to find a surveyor that would do the job and not expense me to death!
We'll be at the shootout with it at LOTO. That may be the first splash for me! You headin up for that?

Thanks for the offer Carter. I'm guessing sometime early next year before the season starts. I don't want to pay for it this year, and no sense paying for it too early either!
Anyone have suggestions on boat bumpers? I'm getting 4 dock lines with it, but no bumpers or fire extinguisher. I have to buy those things.
