I assume it was officer Yingling? (yes thats really his name) The guy is a world class *****, he will push you right up until your about to punch him then back off. There have been entire threads on other forums about this guy and his shenanagins. I havent been up there much this year but several of my friends say there has been a significant increase in law enforcement pressure on boaters this year.

Not ready to head back to the Chesapeake yet. Just took the boat up the Yough lake last weekend and headed to the Kenny Chesney concert tonight on it. It's at Heinz field so we are gonna dump her in on the rivers. A guys night and day tomorrow.
