U also have the store right there, u get 10% off at the bbq place and Q.S. and two adult passes to the park and water park. That right there is a 600$ bill if u buy them so I see it as take 600 off the dock and thats what u pay for the dock. Also get 10% off at bay harbor too and get to use all the hotel pools and stuff too. Gated plarking lot with a gard gated docks on site ems cable tv water Electric and can get yfi at your boat if u want but u have to pay for that. I lkve it there

They take good care of the beach too if u want to use it and have volleyball nets on the beach to use if ya want. R dock is not stuck up and the outher ones we go to r not bad and for the people that r u just have to put them in there place.

Two years ago I had a lady complain about my music at like 2 in the afternoon that wasnt even that loude just loude enough to here it on the dock behind the boat . She wouldnt stop so I sead ok I will turn it off and did but then I decided to check my fluids and let the boat run for 30 minutes to warm up....lol she didnt like that at all but never sead a nouther word about my music again...

There r so many extras that come with the price of the dock at CP and there's so many different things to do that all of it can't be done in a single season. Plus the park alone with all the rides and Halloweekends keep the kids a lot happier then just hanging out around the dock like at other marinas.

I will have my lift hopefully this year. I would have had it by now but motor work came first and cost me alot more then planned but thats how it gos lol.
