Gotcha. Would be cool to dock at the same marina, a few of us. I don't really know anyone at Venetian, then again, I rarely hang out there besides working on a boat or washing it.

I just remember one season when someone stole speakers and tried to get the radio out of my boat. Management was pretty much like "well, tough cookies, sorry for your luck". That left a bad taste in my mouth for awhile, but I got over it.

For us it is perfect we cant get a sitter for every weekend to go to ki and the bay so most weekends r spent at the sandbar north side or just chilling at the docks getting drunk then walking in the park to ride some rides with the kids and people watch.

You should consider coming over to the point for 2016. Ron and me are thinking about moving to bigger slips to accommodate for the lifts, could possibly all dock next to each other.

Guess we will see you this summer. We are on the end of A dock, a few spots down from Dan.

Skipper Buds is nice, it is in East Harbor. They have pool, grills and Cleats. It is a nice place. I can see wanting to be at CP with kids. We used to get season passes when are were younger but never docked at CP.

If you dock at CP to go to Quacker, how do you get there, walk?

That may be an option. How much for a lift for 38' @ 13,000#? Probably around $10K?

I am looking at a 12k lift for 5k. The next size up I believe is a 15k but a 12 might work for u too.

Sounds good bigboat. It does look nice. I was at bay point years ago which we really liked. They wouldn't allow a lift so I looked for a rack. 1989mach1, can you walk to the lube from the marina behind McDonald's off the causeway?
