I enjoy it for a bit as long as Im not on a long trip and trying to make up time. My boat has a ton of freeboard so ya feel pretty safe. I think the sight of the waves braking and occasional one that ya have to hit wrong freak her out....gotta love that big lake erie chop its like a washing machine some days.....

The only reason my wife don't like big water now is when we had the 27 mach1 we ran right into 6 footers by the ferry docks heading to east harbor a few years back and I didn't stop just kept going it was fun to me not so much for her. When we got there we where soaked and the bilge was running hard. We snuffed about 4 or 5 waves that was like a wall of water. She didn't like that so I gess its my falt she don't like the big stuff.

You guys are playing it all wrong...

Your supposed to ride the wife really REALLY HARD in the beginning when she is in the game for anything phase. That breaks her in so your usual out of control rough stuff seems like a mellow gentle relaxing ride....... What else are you going to do with the dock lines when the boats not tied up??
