I don't know why but that second pick is super high on my bucket list. Every time I see a sport fish (on tv, film, magazine, or in person) I tell the wife how bad I want to go out on one and drink a beer or two on top of the tuna tower. I don't care if I fish... just want to experience it. You will probably reply saying after two beers up there you will want to puke with all the rocking.
