Last I heard, there was no heat.... Bar sounds better, or get a few of those patio heaters. We could cook out?

Better yet, I can drop off a bunch of ribs from Costco and have him smoke em, that way we just show up with beer. He does have ample parking... This is going to be one great party!!! Who is going to tell him he is hosting.... lol

Put in a 100,000 BTU Trane furnace need to insulate still but I can get it warmish lol

Just spent 3 days playing tourist between Vermilion and Catawba and staring out our hotel window at the Huron river.

I was up at Marblehead yesterday. It was windy and freezing cold. Froze my fingers off.
