Im with tim on this one.... im not into 50 dumb ass drunk dudes hitting on my wife with me standing next to her. I go maybe once or twice a year and leave befor dark. Its not the boaters its the nonboaters in the bars and on the docks walking across the boats. When I take some one out on my boat the most important thing and the first thing is dont walk on ANY boat with your shoes. I fell like over there I have to babysit my boat from them kinda people

At the casino u walk down by the boats and u see mounds of shoes on the docks and it is nice knowing 90% of the boats and people that r there

Depends on where you hang out I guess, maybe it's not for you. Kellys is a little bland for me, great place to hang, but it gets a little stale sometimes. I am the opposite of you guys, plus they have the nice boat club(s) over there with showers and private restrooms and such. Makes for a better overnight or even two night stay.
honestly it's the people and I been going there since I was 12.... gets more fun then you would think normally, I have my best memories there, a few good ones at PIB when I got divorced, but I can't do that chit now haha
