yes, love my Fords, would never consider another brand..... the most durable suspensions, nice interiors, and great styling, engines are good as long as you delete the emissions crap.... if Ford sucked they would not outsell other brands all the time LOL

I've had my dodges last that long. Cummins trucks. 2 of them with over 300k. That's a lot of Michigan roads and ass sliding in and out over those miles. So find me any seat or interior that will hold up over that kind of abuse. Maybe a wooden bench seat.
I like trucks, I like my tanks, leaf spring solid axles. It's great how soft the new suspensions are, but it takes away what I feel a truck is.
I'll stick with my manual transmission/cummins combo.
I do have a friend with an 03 duramax with over 500k. Owned it since new. Runs 12.30's in the quarter to this day
As for ford always coming up with new things, that gets them in a lot of trouble. You had one truck with 10 different options, then multiply that by 3 models.
How many different f 150's were there for a few years. Ld, hd. 5 lug 6 lug? Light f250. 7 lug. Everyone of these trucks took different parts engineering tooling and so on. My friend has an 08 and there was like 4 different options when he had to put calipers on. Believe me I like options, but that's ridiculous.
This is one of mine. This one only has 130k on it.

Not a fan of the Ford trucks. Interior is not as nice as the GM trucks, ride is not as good, and they are just plain loud / noisy inside when going down the road. Then factor in the inferior powertrain and it is an easy choice to buy a Duramax or Cummins powered truck.

Totally opposite of my experience in Ford trucks... Gm is the worst rattling interiors and soft half ton suspension in a heavy duty truck.... No thanks... Some engine issues yes, at the same time dura max and cummins have issues also...all have issues every brand....
