well,how did the photo shoot go?
I'm going to the keys with my girlfriend,we'll have to get together down there for some shots

Hahaha Sorry about that..........The photo shoot went well decent chop, but as you know thats no big deal for that boat, but wow was it cold as hell ! Im always down for a drink. Ill be getting down there on thursday after noon. Gimmie a call 631-445-0745 Ill most likely be walking around in a hustler or velocity t-shirt.

Best i can decribe them is picture ...sortive like a tube like starts like 3 1/2 inches under the swim platform and it bolted onto the surface drive and it blows air into the prop to break it free.

Its a technique we developed in the 70's to help aerate the propellers.

What it does is allow the spinning propeller to draw air through the tube (which is above the water line) and allow the propeller to slip.

Purpose: To allow the turbo charged diesel engines to spool up and build boost which builds hp-tq and gets the boat on plane.

Is that the same reason they put them on the # 6's ??


I guess there would never be a reason you would need one on a Bravo boat????

Actually, on the Bravo you see people extending the cav plate over the propeller to aid them in getting on plane.

It cuts down on the amount of air the prop can get and gets it to hook up.
