How many hours are supposed to be on the motors? I was the owner and re-built the motors then sold it to Brent out at LOTO. Only the best were put into the motors and there shouldn't be anything wrong with them.

He didnt write the ad, PBB did. We rebuilt the motors and did a slight re-rig ourselves. I keep all my stuff down at Ocean Performance and Chris has been a family friend for 25 years. OP is where we showed him the boat and he bought it. I still have the build sheets somewhere. With 140hrs something doesnt ad up. I know Brent has put a ton of money into the boat updating it even more. We were the ones who had the boat painted as well through Ocean.

Ya I agree somethings are not adding up, I was told that the motors only had about 140 on rebuilds, but I couldn't understand the 540 ci since you told me they was fresh 502s when you sold it, Brett at PPB also told me that the deal was still on yesterday, so i don't no, WTF?

We have the boat brokered and listed it with the information we received from the current owner "Brent". Somewhere he was told they were 540 cid. With the previous owner on the board, it sounds now like that might be inaccurate. I will correct the ad.
As for the sale of the boat. I told a gentleman we had a deal contingent on his flying out to LOTO, it took awhile to get his schedule worked out. When we say "its a deal" its a deal. We demoed the boat, it ran great, buyer requested a leak down, it then came to our knowledge that the boat does need at minimum, re-ringed and a head job. The owner of the boat is weighing his options at this time.
I hope I cleared up a few items.
Any further questions email me [email protected]
