my credit score
well , i went to www.annualcreditreport.com this morning...
seems now that Experian has went to the VANTAGE system of scoring...
came up 863 ---- range is 501-990
funny thing is , it said that it shows no real estate loans with a valid loan amount which can affect my score....
but....
some of the security questions to log in were ...
1- what company do you currently have a mortgage with?
2- it had different ranges of mortgage payments listed and you had to pick 1....
i'm like wtf??????
eqiufax came up 797 ---dropped 6 points since last year..
no VANTAGE system scoring. why?? don't know...same answers as last year...what ,18 years of credit and i'm considered "terms of credit/revolving have been too short"..
trans union ---well , i don't remember my "secret answer" from last year and there is no way to "re-set or retrive" so , i;m guessing it will be around the same.. i will call them today if i get the time..
bottom line is that these companies need to be on the same page..same system..otherwise you can work hard and get screwed if your credit is ran with the wrong company imho...
i'm no banker... this is bulls hit... on how they operate..i think the government for once should regulate something...credit report compaines...
VON BONGO gave really good info on these companies and how they operate...

The revolving account BS means you probably got a new credit card in the last few years.
797 Equifax score is about as high as you can really hope for... And you'll be in the 'top' group on just about any financing you'll get anyway.
