Insurance on '07 Cobalt 252 - Does this sound good?
I finally did it. I just finished a deal on a '07 Cobalt 252 w. 496 MAG. This boat is beautiful! I will always lust after a 38' Cigarette but until I make that kind of coin, this is the next best thing in my opinion!
Anyways, insurance...
On $83K (new replacement value) I got a quote of $680 a year
On $65K (price out the door) I got a quote of $620 a year
Do these sound right for the dollar amounts insured?

I would love to try and help you with this.
The rates you recieved seem to be fair.

This is my second, but not my last Cobalt by ANY means.
In IL Lawsuit crazy county I live in and also where I only boat for 3 months, my premium is about $900 w/1000 deduct. No accidents. sounds to me u got a good deal.
