The weather didn't cooperate this weekend, so couldn't finish the carpet. Pics coming when that's done.

Due, I had to have one disassembled and two pistons replaced so the motor was basically rebuilt again after 15 hours. That motor made 1000.6 h.p. @6100. The untouched motor after 17 hours, this one got me home when the camshaft broke in the starboard motor, made 992 h.p. This motor was not freshened up. I was happy with these numbers but I really just want to have a full season with just routine maintenence. i am tired of removing motors and transmissions. The above numbers are at 8 lbs. of boost. I agree: pulling engines is a pain!
But your power is good for 8 #. My boost was 4-5#, but stepped up on pulley size this year, so have to wait & see. I think that the 40' will need more power because of its weight.
