I spoke to that guy Joe a time or two when I was looking. I think that boat runs around 83 MPH. It needed a new interior back then, but looks like that has been addressed since.

Jdubs 27' is very nice, and runs very well. I am convinced that his is the nicest riding Kryptonite made since it has the full vee instead of a pad. On back to back rides, there is a marked difference in ride quality from my 29' to his 27'.

86.5mph with an iron headed 509ci N/A aint bad either!!

Course his jersey ego probably slows him down about 5mph....

thanks bro...good lookin out. yes it was raced once in 99 and once in 00 and run by Kirk and Bill...was a pleasure boat there after and MRD did a complete rebuild in 06. not due to failure but a loose motor mount, cracked the tab on the block. block was replaced and while apart was rerung, pistons, bearings, and valve job.
