A little more progress, I am one 18" piece of 2x2 box tube away from finishing. I'll get that and some paint tomorrow. Then I can add the bunks and carpet. The keel should end up right around 11-12" off the ground when done.





Off by .6 degrees, damn chop saw lol

I went with the retro early 70s shag because the boat is a 73 so it is the. Or text era

Actually it came from a built in bar in my basement. I've been remodeling the house room by room and the basement is the latest room. The shag was on the side walls of the bar so it's never been walked on. The plywood was dated 1970! The house was built in 64. It was quite the party palace in the day...
