Value of a 1978 Magnum Starfire
For Insurance purposes, I need to prove to the surveyor and the insurance company what a 1978 Magnum Starfire in nearly perfect condition is worth. There have been very few Starfires that have sold with price's published, so they are unable to show actual comparisons. That is understandable, and once they were purchased in most cases, additional funds have been put into them. I would venture to say, that they're better than when the came out of the factory. If you could email me any info on the Starfire you own or sold recently,t would be very helpful. All info will be kept confidential and no names along with prices will be released and would be much appreciated. Remember only 25-30 were built and half of them went to mainly Italy where Filippo Theodoli the past owner of Magnum came from. If you wish you can list what was paid for the Starfire and any additional funds towards its completion.
Also if anyone has a past magnum pricing sheet would you forward it to me.

Value of Starfire
Yes, I can do that. However, I want to show the insurance company that it could be worth more, than what they are offering. Surveyor provided an amount that was considerably higher however they only would value it on what I paid for it and will consider potentially what other Starfires have sold for.

then have it insured for an agreed upon value and set your price accordingly to what you would want.
