IT IS NOW JUNE 26TH......
The Rappahannock River Boaters Association will once again be holding their Annual Radar Shoot on Saturday June 26th in Tappahannock Va on the Rappahannock River. Boats can put in at June Parker Marina. Do you think your boat is fast? Let's see just how FAST it is!! For more details PM me. We will post more info after the first week of June!

Course will be open from 12-3 .Festivities till whenever. No charge to participate. This is a free event. Located near buoy 42 on the Rappahannock. By land take Laytons landing rd. off of 17 and follow the signs. BBQ and T-shirts will be for sale.

The Rappahannock River Boaters Association is holding their anual radar shoot on Saturday June 26 starting at 12 noon.
This is a closed course event. The Resque Squad and dive team will be on the river if needed. Permits have been obtained and the Coast Guard will be helping with the course.
Jet boaters can launch their boats at the event site. Directions for you guys are, take route 17 to Laytons Landing Rd. (Rt.637) and follow the signs.
Boats bigger than a jet need to put in at June Parker Marina. Located at 531 N. Church lane, Tappahannock, VA 22560. It is directly off of Route 17 in Tappahannock VA. After you leave Marina take left and go up river. You can't miss us.

Last year we had jets and offshore boats than ran over 100. One ran over 130. This is great fun for everyone. If you don't want to run please join us for the raft up and horseshoes. Is good fun.

I heard it was lackluster with only 3-5 boats, sorry to hear I have been before when its was alot going on. Maybe the heat was to much
Like to see them have that event in the fall when it gets a little cooler
