I know this is the dumbest thread ever in this section. I am chinchy though. Looking to insure a 06 39. What are some of the rates you guys pay and threw who?

I do not think you will get much chance to shop around for insurance for a cat. Markle American is the only carrier for high performance cats to my knowledge.

MARKLE is the only one out there that will take a CAT and need a fresh survey for them , Let me know if you find another Co... We looked for 2 mos and every qoute goes thru MARKEL 5 Mos ins thru MARKEL 11,000.00 a year only ill lakes & rivers no coverage for sanctioned races or poker runs,and when boat leaves ILL have to add binder for more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ ![Angry Smiley 044](/forums/images/smilies/angry-smiley-044.gif)

Great choice of boat! I would call John Posey at Total Dollar. Markel is the only co. to write it but there is a difference in agents and he has been great with us and beat EP's price for the same policy. Also, he doesn't act like an arrogant **** like the agent that I spoke with @ EP.

If you have good experience and Resume Markel will look at you, but only up to 120mph speed , There is a special policy up to 150mph thru Markel thru Porter, each manufacturers speeds with certain powerbut it is very limited, very high deductible and you need a book for experience history, make sure you keep the power below 800hp and max 120mph speed, they have
