I agree it is amazing how fuel efficient the 1075's are. I use less that Half of what my buddies use with similiar power.
I would bet that this boat will still run well over 100 missing one motor. I would think you would only shut down the one that was broken. I believe the addidtional drag of two dead motors would be more of an issue than having the unbalanced power of three..

I'm not sure about the MTI, but I know that a few years back when I was in a poker run, the 50 nor-tech 4 engine "Extreme Exhibit" lost a prop and he still flew past us at over 130mph on 3 engines. Of course, he had 1350 sterlings or something like that and it was 5 feet shorter, but it was a nor-tech. I bet the MTI would plane on 2 engines.

Anyone have any pictures of the 4 engine/ drive setup? Ive never heard of such a beast and am very curious
