We currently offer a standard down sweep set of risers that works perfect on applications that go under the swim platform. We would use a second floating 70 degree elbow to turn it back out of the transom. If you want it all fabricated out of SS tubing, it can be done with really good dimensions.

I would also like pricing on two sets for a 2000 32 ft fountain with twin 502's with I would like to keep the captains call. How much wieght savings do they have over stock manifolds?
I am also thinking of putting on some aluminum heads.....any recommendations and pricing would be helpfull

Re: Dana Marine Exhaust - New Lower Pricing
I am pulling the trigger on 2 sets the 1st of the month. I think they look great & hope they perform as well as Dana claims. They do make a short riser for silent choice. The only thing I have a concern with is the mounted width. 34" is the width when mounted on BBC's. The guy @ Dana told me they can mill off the name plate on the manifolds for a little extra room. The other thing that is a bother is they don't have a soultion for the oil filter mount. It can't be that big a deal, but still an obstical none the less.
Dana, do you have any suggestions for the oil filter bracket?

Fred could these work out for my motors with the specs we were disscussing today, or is it more of a fit all header?

Fred,
I just noticed in the other post that they have 27" primary tubes
not like the short tubes we spoke about in CMI .
Hope those CMI pipes can be ajusted to 12".

How far down does the water colling water dump back in to the exhaust, on a stock manifold/riser configuration for a stock Merc. 502 MPI?
