this is definitely something i have been thinking about. i have a 1978 glastron v-194 (18') that i totally redid structure of boat to hold the 454 mpi(330) motor
. boat now runs over 72
and it has a wakeboard tower on it! 50/50 use. over the winter the motor will be pumped up a little (425hp) and a pad will be put on the bottom as well as blue printed.
im running an alpha 1 ss. over 68-69 i can fell the drive swaying a little a chine walk starts up. the boat is pretty lite, what type of system would i be looking at? and would it help out my particular application? i already have power steering.
thanks, jay.
