Hi-Flow Tube Style Cupronickel Intercooler Cores
Have you had the misfortune of plugging your traditional fin style intercooler core yet only to melt the center out of it and fill your engine full of water? Well it’s not a matter of if, but when. That’s right, more often than not, the leading cause of intercooler failures is from sand, dirt, and debris plugging these units. And that alone is what prompted the folks at Keith Eickert Performance Products to develop what today is the ultimate intercooler core.
By starting with a Cupronickel material they were able to increase the efficiency of the units overall performance by as much as 50%! That translates into just plain more horsepower. Next they developed a cupronickel chassis to allow tubes to be run through the heart of the core. These ¼” tubes not only provide additional water flow to scrub off even more heat, but they eliminate the clogging associated with first generation fin style coolers.
So whether your needs are just the desire for more horsepower, or you have fallen victim to a failed intercooler the folks at Keith Eickert are once again leading the way with industry firsts.
