The Fram oil filter scares me. Not about the motor just what might happen to them. I had one collapse on me.

was it the ph6? they are twice the size of a regular filter.

also notice the backup msd box(one on each side) if one fails just plug in the backup...

I can vouch for this boat. It's beautiful, and Jeff is VERY meticulous. Not only that, but he's a boat whore, thus the for sale sign. I think he's going for record number of boats on KY lake...

We have run Fram filters for many years and have never have any issues of them collapsing. They are the best filter on the market in my opinion.

I've used them for 18 years but one did fail last year in my boat. Don't know why but it took me two hours of looking to change the filter and press was back to 80 lbs. Still use them on my cars.
