Question 3600 Cat cuddy.

Hard to find good pics . Anyone have good pics?
Anyone stay over night on these?
Ac a possibility?
the middle is a queen bed correct?
Can the couches be made into beds with filler pieces?
Are they long enough?
Hows the head room?

I have one.

We have not stayed overnight on mine yet but plan to this year.

Some were built with AC but not many. There were only 83 total of the 3600's made.

There is a queen bed over the tunnel. You would lay with your head to port side and feet towards the starboard side unless you are a midget. There is a little "kick out" halfway up towards the cockpit side of the bed with some extra space for a bed hog or woman crap. The couch could be made into an extra bed fairly easily if you could make a filler piece. Another option I was considering is if you have looked at any pictures, you will see a quite large round vinyl snap on cover towards the front sponson in front of the bench. Behind this is another large space that would be perfect for an extra bed. I have not measured how long it is exactly but for sure would be great for kids if not adults. If it is long enough, I feel like this would be the best option since taking filler pieces in and out all the time would be a pain. The door to the cabin is a little tricky and might be a challenge with one big piece one would make for this purpose. Interesting note I have seen a 52' version (maybe some 43's and 50's?) have this area finished off and it looks nice so it can be done. On the 3600 it is unfinished so you would need to paint or carpet and install lights etc. but looks very easy to do as there is already power back there and a support structure that could be used easily. Also worth noting there is no hatches for ventilation except for the entrance to the cabin. I have seen only two built with ventilation hatches, but they look fugly on the deck. There may be more and would be easy to install it looks like. There were a few built without the bathroom on the starboard side. Those have another couch in its place and "may" have a smaller bed over the tunnel, but I have not seen any good pictures to confirm.

As far as headroom, you are not going to stand up in the cabin but sitting on the bench is no problem.

I'll see if I can find any better pictures of my cabin than what was posted.

Thumbs up

Thank you Dave , that helps a lot.
The flat deck I cant really sit up straight on the couches unless I scoot down and the forward birth is even less so that would be fine.
If you get a chance to take more pics that would be great.
Or a measurement on how long the couch is...

You are welcome anytime. I guess it depends how tall you are if you will fit. I wasn't planning on uncovering it for a month or so when I de-winterize but if you are seriously eyeing a particular one I'll get my ass out there and do it for you.
