Question 35 Flame owners

If you a have top load fridge in your galley, can you remove it? I want to pull mine and just drop a cooler in, we never use it.
I can't seem to lift it out without it hitting the galley fiberlgass up top?
Thanks,
Dean

It will not come out. Tried this fall, Nordic said it would but they are wrong. Fridge is installed before dash section therefore making it impossible to remove. I informed Lonnie.

Gary,
You mean you could get it out of the galley, and NOT out thru the door opening? I couldn't even get it out of the galley opening!
How do we replace it when it breaks?
Thanks for the info.

I would say that buying a new Flame is one option.

A friend once said that you can remove the compressor
from the fridge, then it is possible to get the fridge out.

I assume he meant it is possible to remove the complete
sealed assembly with no freon loss, otherwise I don't think
he'd have done it.

I've got one too, but never removed it.
