Ramsey Creek is actually closer to me and easier, but after getting the truck broken into with Barry last year, I will never go back.

Blythe is an open parking lot - the only real problem is that Blythe is where the Booze it or Lose it sets up for the lake. I've seen them jerk someone out of the car for backing the trailer in crooked for a jetski pickup.

Also, just a side note. Most of the wildlife guys have no idea with a "documented" boat is. I was pulled numerous times last year for not having the NC registration. So if you go out make sure that you have all of your paperwork.

Last weekend there was a pretty good crowd at the sandbar for the tie-up.
