I need some help
Ok It's raining in Atlanta, I have a new Flame outside(new to me). Perfect day to work on it. I have a warning beep that comes on after a bit of driving. Its not a steady tone more like 1 sec on 2 sec off. All gauges reporting normal. Drive oil tanks are full and sensors have been unplugged.
Where are all the other sensors and what do they monitor? I can't make it happen in the driveway. It only happens after you have been in the throttle.
Is there a water pressure sensor?
My second problem is.
It starts to heat up around the dock in idle conditions. As soon as you start running the temp go to normal. I am going to replace both impellers just to rule them out. It never heats up on the hose in the driveway though. Should I replace the impellers? The drives have IMCO nose cones. Could they cause some issues?

heating up at idle
It's most likely your impellers. The reason it doesn't heat up in the driveway is because the hose water pressure forces water through. Most likely you will have pieces of impeller broke off. Make sure you find all the pieces so it doesn't keep over heating.

I took the blower and all the goodies off, basically brought it back to stock. I sold to a guy that boated at Lanier. The first or second weekend he had it out he was racing some guy, caught a big unsuspected roller, apparently grab major air the boat went straight up and when it came down it hooked the deck and peeled it away from the hull. It slammed down tossed both guys into the widshield and out of the boat. Meanwhile the boat was running wide open with no one in it. It went into a big turn, props were blowing out of coarse and reved to moon until it died. Good news is it didn't hit anyone. Could you imagine getting tossed out then the boat turns and is coming you way?
Who are you?
