Default Water leak around exhaust outlet

Anyone had an issue with this. Noticed a fairly steady leak around the port side exhaust port. Mine is an 06 so the exhaust exits the lower rear corners. Tried to silicone around the outside didn't work. Disconnected exhaust and pulled the screws but the tip did not want to come out and I didn't want to get to rowdy with it. Any trick to getting the tip off? What gasket material is recommended?

Default

couple things.

1. is it possible the rubber hose leading up to the tip is leaking?

2. chances are those exhaust tips are glued in w/ 3M 5200. not easy to remove. i would call nordic and ask them the best way to get them out
