Tests were delayed two days for weather, imagine that bad weather in Havasu. Early reports on very, very sticky water boat ran mid 90's, according to Bob Teague boat should hit triple digits with any chop at all.

Props - 28 labbed five's

I guess that Bob Teague actually drove during test and stated the boat ran in the mid 90's. That means 95 GPS to me, however, no specific numbers were offered to Nordic or UPM. He also stated that the boat should run 100 plus at the end of the day. I guess the 600 lbs out of the ass end makes a bigger difference than I thought.

Gary,

Thanks for the numbers, about where I think was expected.

I figured they would work on it to get everything they could out of it. Great for the new boat owner! To bad they don't do that to all of them. They have the top experts dialing this in.

I didn't think it would do over 95MPH GPS. That's very fast for 550HP motors & four tons going down the lake. I will be surprised to see over 100. Maybe with some Nitrous.

Great looking boat, I bet the pictures do not do it justice.

I guess we will see on the Hot Boat cover what the final numbers are.

Gary,

Did they get any final numbers yet?

I did not like the paint job that much with the boat being bare, but the more I look at it the more I like it.

The last I heard it was 96.5, again, the test team felt very confident that under better conditions they should see triple digits. Lonnie at Nordic told me that the boat was 3 -4" higher in the ass do to the Vipers weight reduction. Boat should be back here in Cincy this coming week will send pixs.

The boat has only been tested once and the best numbers they saw were 96.5. I was not there but test driver Bob Teague was quoted saying it should run 100 under better conditions.

For you Midwest Hot boaters we will have this boat at the Louisville boat show in Jan. stop by our booth and say hey.
