Those are drive bye decibels.It was 90 dbs three feet off transome and three feet off water line everytime I have been harrassed on the lake.I am a pro and know this proceedure very well.

That's how I understand it as well. My 22' Scarab with 7.4L pulled 95.1 on their meter, so I think unless you are running mufflers, you are breaking the limit. The fine was only 50 bucks, so I'm not worrying about it. Hammer down!!!(to 45 MPH that is)
