Great deal when ya can get in !
actually i became good friends with him too...before buying our boat we used to dock our jet skis there almost daily for a week. he would hook us up with a deal...$10 for the whole day. it was sweet.

the transient dock over in bristol is the best though...its free!!!!

Yup free and pleanty of places to walk to and eat. Plus nice to come in and have every one on the waterfront look at you when you pull up loud and proud.

sick,

you are right, the places over there are awesome for eating. a few bars as well. not to mention the ice cream shops!!!! i think bristol RI is actually a hot spot that many people do not know about. it has a newport esque feel to it without all the crowds.

I'll take a guess approx 2 miles by water ?
It:s almost within sight . The transient dock is a 3hr limit and tough to get on in the summer afternoons, but sometimes you get lucky.
Breakfast at Sunrise Cafe.
Lunch at Leos are my usual stops even in the off- season by car. Off course a drive by O.L. to see what Animalhouse and the boyz are up to also.

I'd like to live there.
The 4th of July Parade is awsome also.

Everyone is being such a great help here. We plan on making a trip up in Febuary to visit our daughter. Maybe someone will be around to show us where to launch and where to stay?
