Waukegan on Saturday. Heading towards Navy Pier. I am going to have the canopy on this time. Finally have some downturns on the boat to keep the noise poilice off my back in the harbors. At long last some nice weather with no rain!!! Going to be a great weekend.

On Friday a friend of mine who lives in Michingan City said he saw what resembled a fully canopied, all white with no name that he could see, 47' Fountain with FOUR engines/outdrives come into the harbor and idled to B & E Marina. He said the boat spent the night there with the engine hatches up and then he saw the boat take off out in the lake today, and said it was so loud that almost sounded like a jet plane taking off. He believes the boat came out of Chicago. Anyone know of or seen the boat?

Re: Memorial day weekend Lake Michigan
Went to boaters beach Sunday with Air Karl. My boat is still not ready yet, long story! The lake was beatiful and the water was warm. We had a great time. We met a nice couple with 42 Fountain named cracker, they launch out of Hammond. We also saw what we thought to be a 39 or 41 Velocity running around with a flame paint job. You Hammond boys need to start coming to the warm water.
